Standard Delivery – Courier door to door services to prevent damage 

Below $100 – Courier service $6. We discourage standard postal due to lost mails or damage to items.

Above $100 – Complimentary just for you.

Expected delivery time – 5 to 10 working days

All products will be despatched from our warehouse in Singapore.

Do expect delay during peak shopping periods such as Black Friday or 12/12 sale.

 

FREE SHIPPING - Small item will be by postage - letter box

Working days include Monday to Friday, excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

 

Delivery process

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a despatch email which will advise your estimated delivery date. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, do drop us a text, we're here to help.

 

Verify if we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date. Courier delivery personnel would have drop you a text if there is no one to receive it at home. Common areas that courier personnel would have left your parcel would be with your friendly neighbours or the riser beside your gate.

 

If you still cannot locate your order , do give us 2 weeks to locate the parcel for you. Kindly drop us a text or email via the website.
